hdnut, you asked about pix of the front bung. Here they are and someone asked about problems with the brake lever, no problems. AJ

FYI the part # for the RH TD's on my invoice is: 1800-0434.

I can't seem to find them on BUB's web site.

Had to jump in and report that I just finished installing the Rineharts & PCIII. Haven't riden it yet (little to late & don't think the neighbors would appriciate it as much as I would) but fired it up and I have to admit, I had a childish grin and was giggling just a bit. Man I love that sound. I've got the down load for the 07 96" w/rineharts on the PC but am going to try and get to the tuner this week for a custom tune. Like Hard10 I was one of the lucky ones with absolutly no fitment problems & my brake pedal looks about the same as his, maybe 1/4" clearance from pedal to pipe. I wish I would have just said screw it earlier and just put them on after the break in but yoou know what they say, better late than never!

I've a question. Is the O2 sensor/bung attached to all the header pipes at the same location or just on Rineharts? It sure does clutter up an otherwise cleaned up area. I would think a shorter version with the chrome cover molden in could be made. If Bub doesn't I'd consider doing it myself.

They all pretty much put the bung in the same general location on the headers.   The difference is on how they angle the bung.

Ok here's the deal. I had the pipes installed...WOW Why didn't I do this sooner? Numbers don't mean as much to me as seat of the pants drivability. This thing really has some nice torque & sound.
Here are the numbers: Run #4 TQ = 92.62, HP = 78.4 Run #8 TQ = 103.7, HP = 84.6.
The bottom line is that I like it.

Rhino & Unbalenced, are these numbers similar to what your showing?

Hard10,  it sounds like you and I are running the same set up, and here was my dyno sheet I posted awhile back.

GasRat, we obviously are not running the same map. Your #'s are clearly higher.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not to sharp on the mapping thing but I know that HD-Dude posted the map off of my bike for me on the site under the map section. I'm sure you could download it and compare to yours somehow.  I have to say that Bob down at RC Cycles in Hayward, Ca.  is pretty well known  around here for his tuning ability with both PCIII & RaceTuners. Have to say that I've been happy with the results on my bike.
