Thinking about putting these bars on my 2011 FLHXSE2....     What length cables and wiring extensions?

My 2009 has them.  The previous owner had it done at his dealer in Moore Oklahoma. It appears they used an extended banjo instead of replacing the lines. As far as the wires, not sure I haven't been in that deep yet.

First of all, that is not an extended banjo fitting, it is just a straight fitting to eliminate the angled stock fitting. Secondly, yes you will need extended brake lines & a clutch line & fitting. I bought the wire extensions from Namz & the brake lines & clutch line & fitting from Yaffe although I would not buy those things from him again because other than the clutch line & fitting & brake line I didn't use the majority of things that he sent. I have a parts list in my shop of the lengths of the lines & the #'s of the fittings that were used.

I got both of mine from Magnum Shielding.  Top quality.  I went +6 on both and I could have gotten by with +4.  I have an FLHXSE3.  Every year is different, seems strange, but it's true.

Good looking setup. I have thought about doing the same but just haven't gotten around to it.

I'm sorry guys that I am just now able to post but life happens!!

First off, the bars are 12's.
Second, yes the stock mirrors are much more usable now than ever before!!
Third, the cup & holder came from Leader Motorcycle.

Parts List

Chromite Brake Line for hydraulic clutch 78" length.......Drag Specialties DS-3578
Chromite Brake Line for front brake reservoir to anti-lock box 72" length.......DS-3572
Quantity of 3 Russell 10mm Banjo x #3AN Straight #640471
Drag Specialties Hydraulic Clutch Hose Adapter #1742-0027

I used Namz wire extensions but I'm not absolutely certain of the length, I think they were 6" or 8"

If you do use the Namz extensions I would advise to not use the included shrink tubing as it is not good quality, purchase some good shrink tubing with glue in it as it will secure the connections & help to eliminate headaches down the road.

I sincerely wish everyone good luck with your installs & I greatly appreciate the compliments from all of you. If I can help you any further please don't hesitate to ask.

Thought i'de post my bars on here to compare different looks on the same thread.Original owner had the install done so can't help with parts.
I measured mine from center of bottom to the top of the point.I came up with 12''.So if WVHoop are 12's mine must be next sz. down. Not sure how Yaffe's sells.
This install had to use YAFFE mirrors, stock mirrors would interfere with their location.Yaffe tiny mirrors are fine. They have special glass to work like a large mirror.
Another thing to think about with APES:They are a total different feel on slow tight turns. They make you feel out of balance but your not.The shoulders after riding for a while need movement more often.Well everyone's shoulders aren't the same. They are different but you'll adjust.
Hay WVHoop nice SEAT too.

Dale#3....  Thanks,  I've heard Yaffee Monkey bars measure differently.

2BAGGR, Thank You. I had a Mustang & hated it but the Corbin is so much better.
