SENSITIVE??  Spidey, there is NO such thing as a sensitive Lawyer if they are any good!

Glad to see you miss me, as all people miss their lawyers until they need them VERY quickly!! :)

FATBOY (a GREAT guy who moved to Omaha) is correct!  Between my Trial Practice in Nebraska and Iowa (WWW.INSERRA.COM) and my Mobile Electronics biz (WWW.STEREOWESTAUTOTOYS.COM, and I am building a NEW main store locale)), I just haven't had time to hang out on this great site and banter with you crazies like last fall!!  :)

I miss you ALL (even Spiderman) too, so to start off your weekend, I will throw you all a bone:
1. Did you hear about the lawyer hurt in an accident?

An ambulance stopped suddenly.

2.  How many personal injury attorneys does it take to change a light bulb?

Three--one to turn the bulb, one to shake him off the ladder, and the third to sue the ladder company.

3.   reporter outside of a courtroom asked a defendant clad only in a barrel: “Oh, I see your attorney lost the case!” The defendant answered, “No, we won.”

A lawyer and another guy are walking down the street when they see an absolutely gorgeous lady walk by.  The guy turns to the lawyer and says "I'd like to screw her!"

The lawyer answers "out of what?"  ;D
