Bigger Fuel Injectors

Currently as I understand I have 3.91 injectors, and I was told I should upgrade to 4.3 or 4.9 injectors.  I have stock 255 cam for now, true duals, stock TB...
Ideas, Thoughts, where do you find them..best brands.. etc..
