I see tic01 lists Milwaukee as his home.  I though the CVOs were built in York.

Q:  What is the USA's number one export to China?
A:  Trash!  They loved our high quality trash. (not any longer).

Sure is.

I have many friends that are working for HD and they have confirmed it.
Was this prior to 2010 that they confirmed it.

Even prior to 2010 the one-post-wonder was wrong.  It was a build team rather than one person.  Many of us even saw it in person a time or two (or three or four) before they moved it all to the standard production line.

I'm glad the guy posted though.  Those that ride in on the short bus are amusing.

I believe it is correct, however, that one person and only person pours the oil in a CVO bike.  It is worthwhile, also, to have a disciplined and well managed conversation over what kind of oil that should be and how the synthetic that is used by the MoCo will undoubtedly leak out of it's lifter bore due to its small molecules and lack of overall body fat.

I thought oil was only added once it made it to the dealer so as not to leak in the transport container?  ;D

Clearly not built by one person.  Not sure we will hear from him at this rate. Blame it on your friends and come on back and enjoy all this forum can offer including facts and updates.

I've heard that even the paint is outsourced to multiple places....
