Have them in my Fuelmoto Jackpot 2-1-2 Headers and CFR Mufflers. Seem to work really well.

Why add restriction to the headpipes?  If you're just trying to cover up the deficiencies of the mufflers, why not go with better mufflers in the first place?

I have used them in mine for a good while, along with the stock V&H baffle.  I recently removed them, and found my engine is now running cooler, and stronger in the midrange.  I cant be sure, but I dont think I lost anything in my bottom end power range, but if so, not much.  I am now just running the stock V&H Slash Cut Rounds...I am sure there is a place for BCT baffles as they do sound really good with the right pipe, muffler combo.  If you are still interested, I might putting these up for sale soon.. used but quite serviceable.  They did give it a very deep tone.

This makes no sense, why restrict the headpipe to compensate for a muffler that has no baffle or inadequate baffling? There might be, and might is the word here a gain at certain RPM's if a properly made stepped pipe were used, but then at wide open throttle this goes out the window, but a fixed restriction adds nothing that a muffler couldn't do.

CVODON.  If you remove the stock baffles or any baffle for that matter, or you run true duals and thus removing that little H-pipe, you will lose some bottom end torque.  I dont know about you, but I could care less how much power I have at WOT.  I want all of my power down low.  When I installed the BCT QQ baffle, without the V&H baffles installed, I recovered lost power on the bottom with little effect to the top (I am hardly ever there anyway).  I could be wrong, and I dont claim to be an expert but from what I understand, there is a place for in header baffles and torque cones...But anyone, feel free to critique me...
Thanks

I totally disagree with you, You bought a muffler that was to large for your needs and then are restricting the complete exhaust with another baffle in the head pipe to get back some restriction, and the choking of the headpipe increases heat before it has had time to cool normally due to expansion in the muffler, gases are all messed up prior to reaching the 02 etc. The headpipe baffles, to me, are just another "if we make it a Harley guy will buy it" deal that no need exist for. Once again just my opinion. But I do have some experience in this field. Buy a muffler that is baffled to match the type of performance you want, not something you like the looks or sound of. WOT is important to all of us, when we want it, but not much of the time do we need it. I agree you want down low power almost 90% of the time, but then why buy a muffler that will defeat the situation you want?

I'm going to agree to disagree... you are obviously not familiar with the product.  It is installed after the 02 sensor and just before the muffler.  So o2 gasses aren't being messed with. The product by design has been around a very long time and has been used by riders for many, many years before the company began to mass produce them.  A great majority of riders, do buy for sound first, then performance, or true duals would not be a thing and/or all bikes would be upgraded to 2 into 1 configuration for maximum scavenging and reversion control.  Big city thunder as I understand, has actually tested through dyno testing, the gains by using the product as it was designed.  Are you even familiar with torque cones and smaller core mufflers?  That is essentially the same thing...I will research a bit more, but I'm pretty sure I'm correct on this...

I remember guys using torque cones in the drag pipes with built motors in the old days was supposed to be good but LOUD. I rode behind a guy for ten years with those 1 3/4 drags behind a built shovelhead motor. I could almost ride with my eyes closed just by the fluctuations of the sounds. :drink:

I ran the BCT & later the BCT QQ that he wanted me to try in a set of V&H Big Radius, The QQ were not as loud but not a lot of difference, I never had them on a dyno just by the seat of the pants but they did help on low end.

Just my 2 cents.
