Left body shop over 25 years ago to work for USAA as staff. Boys, regardless of cost you cannot beat USAA when you need them whether it is a car/boat/bike whatever. They want your business, call and get someone who is not on your wave length, just ask for a manager and explain your problem. The folks who work there are paid BIG yearly bonuses and they also want you happy.
But as noted above Progressive is the handler for USAA bike insurance. Progressive sucks so bad now, even worse than when I had to deal with them in Body shop that is it just amazing how a company that cares so little can grow so much, but if your bike policy turns into a problem just call USAA and explain, to a manager, what Progressive is trying to do and they will assist.
For those of you who think loyality does not matter, you need to work for a insurance company. When a problem is presented that is questionable, not a normal unhappy but a real questionable problem, the first thing they look at is length of policy. Longer the better. Get that 25 year member decal and you are golden, buy more products like, Life/Senior Care/Home Loan/Mastercard/Investments etc, the more important your problems become and they quicker they are handled.
