changing the exhaust voids the warranty - straight up.

your dealer however might cover any failures for parts installed by them. some dealers will go to great lengths to repair failures and keep you happy, assuming you have them do the work.

if you get parts and install them yourself - then you are going to provide the warranty on the engine.

I just bought a 2015 CVO RG, I had Fullsac DX head pipes, D&D 4" touring mufflers and race tuner. The Dyno tech was very competent and the bike Dyno numbers are 100 hp and 115 ft tq. This is my third CVO and these were the best numbers with a stock cam and compression. Interestingly the Dyno sheet has the hp range a little higher in the rpm range than what was expected with the power coming on strong from about 2500 and maintains over 90hp all the way to 6,000. Part throttle isn't quit as strong as my previous bike with SE stage 3 but almost and at half the cost

Where did you have it dyno'd, and can you post the dyno sheet?

Well after reading all the comments and other post I am leaning towards the Fullsac with 2.0 core. I am going to check with my dealers about warranty issues, and then try to find a good tuner around the Norfolk Virginia area.

Has not been a problem for me.  I had my Limited pumped up to a 113 and after running it awhile had the compensator replaced, transmission rebuilt, warped brake rotor replaced, and shifter lever replaced all under warranty......well I guess is was a problem....but not with warranty.

Bike tuned by Brian at at HD in Panama City Beach.  Not sure how to import Dyno sheet. This set up has been installed on several bikes by them with similar results.

Talked to the dealer and I would not be voiding any warranties. I have been reading some about the V&H FP3, I like the features it has. Anybody using it with the Fullsac and 2.0 cores?

I'm currently running the FP3 with FM x-pipe and Fullsac 1.75" cores.  It seems to work fine but would not recommend it if you want to push your build beyond a stage 1 or ever get a dyno tune.  I have no illusions that the canned tune may not give the max output of my engine that could be gained with a good dyno tuner.  I started with the map for V&H power duals and monster round exhaust but have done some tune runs since then.  Its really pretty difficult to hit all the tune cells on the street, particularly the high rpm/high throttle position cells.
