Hand Guards for Bagger
« on: November 18, 2015, 01:51:34 PM »

Anybody using these?  Seems like a good idea to block wind for bars above fairing.  Looking a "knuckle dusters" by Valholl Counter Culture.
Any thoughts/pictures?

Heck. Even normal bars with the exception of fairing mounted mirrors can be rough at times of cold weather. The bar mounted mirrors seem to deflect wind right down on the tops of my hands.

Yep I have some!

They do work to help cheat the wind, combined with heated grips and Heat gloves its Awesome!

I keep mine on all year round. NO more bugs hitting my hands!

YB,

I was skeptical at first but yours blend in with the color match, nice job. wonder what they would look like with some of the silver stripe on them?

My suggestion would be to buy better gloves, maybe heated if it is that cold.

Thanks Chains!

With my colored handlebars, the hand Guards are now just a extension of them and flow pretty good.
As for the silver stripe, I'm sure it might look good but I am totally happy with the way they came out.

Any chance you could show how they are mounted? They look great with the matching yellow.  :2vrolijk_21:

I took some other photos to show how they attach. The whole install took a whooping 2 minutes. (NOT including getting the proper wrench and a couple of  :drink:  :drink: lol)

The photo is too large for me to upload, but they attach via the mirror arms. Simple and clean.
