I have the original OEM air filter, Full sac headpipes, v and h 450 slipons, and the HD tuner.

Makes great power.

So yes the stock CVO air filter is considered stage 1.  No need to change that.

The first few runs were in the mid 90's hp and torque around 110.

I was happy on the 4th or maybe it was the 5th run 98 hp and 113 torque.

He looked at me thru the window and put his thumb and first finger apart just a little, like i can get a little more.

I gave him a smile and thumbs up.

Next run was 100.67 hp and 114.38 torque.

I would call Steve at Fullsac Performance and talk with him.  I would say this is my opinion only, but MANY here will not argue with my advice.

For my '09 110" SERG, I bought his baffles and his TTS Mastertune package and he furnish his dyno proven ECM map as a package.  All I did was the baffles, about 45 minutes, and then load his map via the TTS package.

I have not wanted for anything more.  The bike runs very cool, as cool as any properly tuned 110" can run.  It gets great mileage and no popping during any part of the throttle.

You do NOT have to take it to a tuner to have it dyno'd.

My money IS on Fullsac and their direct customer service for your riding tastes.

I Just this weekend put Vance and Hines power headers and duel slash mufflers, did not change the breather it has plenty of air flow... used the FP3 tuner, and it runs awesome, no decal pop no ruff idle starts just like it did when stock. took me about 3 hours to complete and saved all that labor

Great choice with the V&H Power Dual and Rinehart 4".  I had that setup on my 2012 Limited 103, tuned with SE tuner.  Was pleased with power and sound was nice.
