Anyone with an ESP ever wish they could go back and put their bike to stock headpipe with slip-ons vs. doing the full-monte?

Or, has anyone with the H-D ESP who did a full system and pro tune ever had a warranty claim denied by HD-ESP?

Backstory:

Our 2013 CVO Road King that had a Fullsac full system w/2" cores is being totaled after a motorist ran into us at Biketoberfest., six days after I purchased a 5 year Extended Service Plan.  I bought the ESP after talking extensively with folks I trust at my local dealerships who said they've never seen an ESP claim denied due to a Stage 1 upgrade, just stay out of the engine.  Really liked the sound of the 2.0 cores, the stock-looking exhaust and while it ran much better with the Fullsac map, a recent pro tune on a Dyno really brought out the potential of the stock motor.

So, I've found and bought another 2013 CVO Road King to replace the one that's being totaled.  2,400 miles and in need of at least a change to the slip-ons.
- Part of me wants to just go ahead and replicate the first bike with the Fullsac headpipe, 2.0 cores & TTS w/Steve's ECU map, maybe even a trip over to the dealer for a dyno run just to make sure it's been richened up and runs as cool as it can.  It worked great on the old Blue and I'd been convinced there wasn't a high risk of running afoul of the ESP warranty.
- The other part of me says just change out the stock baffles for Fullsac 2.0 PowerCores and do the tune.  It'll still have more than enough power, sound great, etc. and just about eliminates any potential ESP repair issues at any H-D shop in the country.  I like the idea of reliability and no potential hassle if we break down on a trip and don't have our 'home dealership' standing there ready to jump on the bike.

On a demo day I rode a limited or ultra low, which ever, can't remember which.  Anyway, it sounded wimpy and the power/torque felt uninspiring. the bike seemed like it ran well but for me, it needed a tune.  No doubt the sound and the less torque feeling contributed to my underwhelmed feeling.  But i would never go back to a non tuned bike.

I wish I would have gone with the Thundermax tuner. That way I could have just swapped the stock module back in when it goes in for service or I had a problem. The pipes I'm not so worried about with the ESP.

I had a 2015 SESG with the SERT that was dyno tuned. The engine needed rebuilding at 30,000KM (not related to the tuner) and the tuner/dyno question never even came up.
