« on: November 21, 2015, 10:52:06 AM »

Sixteen inches of snow on the ground overnight at our home in Roscoe, IL!  Six more inches of snow forecast for today.  It's currently snowing those BIG flakes....

Our first snowfall this year...  Welcome to winter!   :) :( >:(

Last night, wife and son had to overnight in Mason City Iowa because of the storm. Wife said took them 6 hour to get there from Ames.
I can guess who will be taking him back to college next weekend.

Snow.... hope it doesn't get here, we still have at least one more Friday night of football playoffs! I will say the temperature has definitely dropped here in the last 12 hours and the north wind is making short work of what was left of the fall colors

Yep, winter weather here too.  Dropped into the 70s last week.  Time to pull out the chaps and heavy gloves.

Finished up with 18 1/2" of snow.  10 miles south of us had 8" of snow.  Apparently we were in a "band"...    :nixweiss:
