stop oil from bybassing crank case

how do I stop oil from bypassing the crank case. When its not running and it sits the oil is bypassing the pump and going into the case and when you start it  cant return to the oil tank quick enough and causes wet sumping. any suggestions???

An EVO style engine used an oil pump with an integral check valve.  Those check valves were prone to sticking and failing to seal, thus allowing oil from the tank to flow back to the crankcase when the engine wasn't running.  I'm assuming your Pro Flow oil pump also has such a check valve, and that's where you need to look for your problem.
