Hello Everyone,
James here from Wilmington, NC. 3 weeks ago, I traded in my 2009 Road King Classic on a 2013 Road King CVO that had a mere 1195 miles on it. Not sure what the previous owner did with the bike, but he sure didn't ride it. AT ALL.
Anyway, rest assured, we can and will make up for all the lost mileage this bike has had to miss over the past few years.
I do like the CVO. 110 power plant beats the crap out of the 96 my classic had, and I'm loving the ABS and other goodies.
A few other things about me:
42 years old.
Software developer/Infrastructure and High Availability using Microsoft Clustering Technologies/Business Intelligence Developer using the Microsoft SQL Server stack. In other words, I'm the guy many of you used to beat the chit out of back in high school but now we're riding Harleys together. It's OK, I forgive you.
Been riding since Feb 2013.
Strong advocate of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation.
Anyway, that's about it for now. I do have some questions for you other CVO Road King owners out there, but we'll get to those.
