Rednecks and Football

So one thing is now for sure...........9 of the past 10 BCS Champions have come from the deep south. With the state of Alabama being king of the pile with 4 wins. Can't stop the Rednecks this year as both teams in the Championship Game are from the South.........so lets just stop the Red Tide

Just found out they are changing the name of the game to " The Redneck National Championship Bowl ". Too bad it is not being played in Atlanta, can you say pickled eggs, Grit sandwiches, possum stew, chittlins, and beer?

Got to be a gut wrenching time for Clemson coach Dabo Swinney who was born & raised in Alabama. A walk-on Wide Receiver for the Tide who stayed after graduation to coach the Wide Recievers. Left when Alabama fired the entire coaching staff in 2001 and was given a job in 2003 at Clemson by x-Alabama coach Tommy Bowden and the rest is history.

ESPN referred to Alabama as the "Death Star" of college football.  They're going to be hard to beat...and that's hard for me to say being an LSU fan.
