Living Wills

While I was watching football this weekend, my wife and I got into a conversation about life and death, and the need for living wills.

During the course of the conversation I told her that I never wanted to exist in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and taking fluids from a bottle.

She got up, unplugged the TV, and threw out all my beer.

......Sometimes it's tough being married to a smartass.

My wife and I have living wills. I also had told her I didn't want to be kept in a vegatative state after having an accident. Last summer I cut my finger while slicing a tomatoe and before I could get a bandaid on it, she had the 9 MM Ruger loaded, cocked and aimed at me. Luckily I stopped her before she pulled the trigger.
