Yeah, he's never a good sign.  When he showed up on Wrightsville Beach ahead of hurricane Bonnie in '98, at first we were like, "Oh, cool, there's Jim Cantore."  And then a few minutes later when it hit us it was more like, "Oh, chit, Jim Cantore is here." lol

You sure you didn't bring this stuff with you Bruce!  We have not had a good snow in years.  It is a lot easier to enjoy when you do not have to go anywhere. Streets will be clear Monday when we get into the 40's. Just try to avoid the Nashville drivers.

If you need a hint, it's where you can see the driveway.. Not sure why we bothered since we've really got no place to go, until it's our towns turn to use the one and only official Tennessee snow plow...

Honest I didn't bring it. I saw on this mornings news that it was the most snow in the Nashville area in 28 years !

I hope the temperatures get up to melt it before my Monday morning drive into Nashville.

I heard that Yankees would strap a snow blower on the hood of their truck and drive south until someone asked them what it was, that is how we wound up with so many here.  :P

I sold my snowblower before moving to TN thinking "I'll never need that thing" - if I had brought it maybe this wouldn't have happened  :huepfenlol2:

Another thing northerners have been said to do is drive south until someone asks them what that thing on their truck is..

Since we just moved to TN from CT this past fall, I still have vivid memories of having to do that. Not because I wanted to drive somewhere, because I HAD to drive somewhere called work and if you were 15 minutes late the boss would be giving you a dirty look asking where you've been...
