Dragon time?
« on: January 27, 2016, 02:13:27 PM »

Wanting to ride the Dragon's Tail and other sites in area. I'm thinking fall with the changing of the leaves would be nice but don't want it to cold either (taking 75 year-old dad). I'm thinking first half of September. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I'll second that MV reference.  However, please take in mind the leaves later in the Fall.  They are pretty but they are all over the road as they turn and fall and provide an interesting ride when damp.... ::)

I was kinda thinking that too. But, I'll have about 5 bikes with none of them being CVO's and being new and never having been to a GTG, I didn't know if was cool to bring them.

The more the merrier... there are members that bring friends that don't have CVO's, there are members that have come when they didn't have CVO's. As long as they want to ride, eat, drink (spirits & non-spirits), and have a good time they will fit right in. :2vrolijk_21:

Once you get tings arranged send gadgetz a PM with screen name/s, # in party, real names, and home state. Then he can add you to the attendees list. Welcome to the MV GTG, you will be hooked.

Couldn't agree more with Mikey here. We've been to three and will be doing our fourth this year.

I'll do that as soon as my vacation is approved. Sounds like a good time.
