 do not know if the layout inside would benefit a dealer. but, the outside looks like an awesome place for  :drummer:a dealership. location could stink i suppose.

They should have stayed in the original shop, maybe added on space.  What do you think that bldg and property cost at the time of construction?  3 - 5 mil?

It's just the building for sale.  OCC doesn't own the building and hasn't for some time.  OCC is a only a tenant in the building.

Lose it??  I don't know if they lost it, but they sold it.  I think their business contracted some time ago and they had far more square footage than necessary for their needs.  They sold the building and then leased the lower level back.  The upper level has (had?) other tenants.  The current building owners have placed the buliding up for sale.  According to Rick Petko (on Facebook) OCC intends to continue leasing the same space from the new owners after a sale takes place.

Nothing wrong selling the building and lease back. Normally make good business sense. Of course I know nothing about how OCC is doing.

They made a chit load of money in a very short time with merchandising. Their crap was sold in every truck stop from coast to coast. Too bad they weren't smart enough to hang onto any of it.

From what I have seen the old man still wants to lease the building and is going to have a new show on TV. I wouldn't count him out yet.

I think Mr Teutul is doing just fine. His net worth is $15,000,000 according to several current websites.  Thats 15 million, not to bad for a old iron worker! Everyone is entitled to his or her opinion about there disfunctional family, but there is no doubt that OCC exposed millions of people to motorcycles that otherwise could care less about our lifestyle!
