Didn't find it in the SE catalog.  Couple of quick net searches found a little info though.  The following was a fitment description:

Fitment
Fits ’07-later Twin Cam models with 4-3/8" stroke flywheel. Cannot be installed on CVO™ 110, FLSS or FLSTFBS 110 models or models with engine cases that have been machined to accept large-bore cylinders. Twin-Cooled™ models require separate purchase of model-specific head gaskets.

The attached PDF is the install doc for that part number.  You did have one zero missing from the part number though.

I run a Ultra with Ultra TLE.. the only thing that matters is torque below 4000..  I run right at 3xxx and really never use 6th gear ever. I'm going to avidly follow whats happening with folks using the 117 kit..

If it proves reliable then this kit [and yes I have phat phingers typing numbers] should be a good deal. There is no substitute for cubic inches but hot cams, huge exhaust, and loud pipes do nothing useful pulling a sidecar, not to mention that non stock headers won't fit around the rear sidecar mounts.

Thanks Lots
