Spray insulation

I was wondering if I could spray high temp Resistet foam where you would normally wrapped a non perforated baffle to insulate the tinny sound thus not having to remove the baffle my pipes are 2-1 D&d fat cats

There isn't a spray foam product (Great Stuff FireBlock,etc) that could withstand the temps in your mufflers. You're dealing with probably 5~600 degrees.
Fiberglas, (stainless)steel wool, not many other options, and even those materials can be counted on to break down.

If it doesn't work your looking at a mess. Which baffles do you have in your D&Ds? They make a few different ones. I never considered mine to be tinny sounding. Loud....yes

I have the loudest unwrapped prefrated baffle, don't know how they sund yet not putting them on till march but heard that they are tinny sounding

Thanks for letting me know that they don't sound tinny because I love the looks and great reviews putting them on in March just before taking it to doc in Florida for a dyno tune
