Thanks for all the welcomes! Just got back from California where I bought the 2016 Atomic Red FLHXSE. What a bike! This is how I looked walking up to the dealership. 

I guess to answer the original question about California bikes, this 110 has plenty of power. Way more than my 103. I honestly can't tell the difference from any other CVO I've ridden. I am more than pleased with this machine. I'll get more pics up soon.

Congratulations on your new CVO!  Sorry I can't help you on the pros and cons of buying a CA bike, but if there are any cons, I'm sure it's with the exhaust, for starters, and that's easily rectified!
