There's no real detail in those links you posted, so your guess is as good as anyone's I suppose. It's rather sad that the folks who make and sell the stuff don't know anything about the product.
The 2012 model CVO still used the old style trans side cover that was cast aluminum and included an integral slave cylinder (actuator). The 2013 and later models changed to a different system with a three part deal; a separate trans side cover plate, a separate actuator, and then a plastic outer cover for cosmetics. The one you linked to appears to be similar to the old style, except the connection for the hydraulic brake line appears to be at the rear rather than the stock setup with the connection at the front. That would require a change to the line in addition to the new cover/actuator assembly.
In the overall scheme of things, anything can be done if you're willing to spend the time and money to do it. I'd suggest you see if you can actually lay your hands on one of the actual parts to see what would be involved.
