What are these two lines on top of the tank on the new 2016 CVO Breakout?

Vent line for the tank

The tank is set low and they could not put the vent lines under the tank like usual

Thank you for that info. Didn't dawn on me to look at the normal location for fuel delivery to injectors.

So am I correct to say one of those lines is a tank vent and the other is the fuel feed?

One is the vent for the gastank and I guess , the second is just for the cool look.

I've never seen that before. Is there a picture from further back, something with a wider angle to give us perspective of where on the tank?
