i see the rake is 35 compared with 37 on the new breakouts , also the 19 wheel  and was a 21 in, i m looking at one

H-D website has all 2016 Breakouts with a 35 degree rake.  The CVO Pro Street has an 19 inch front tire while the Breakouts still have a 21 inch front tire.

There is no rake angle change between model years or models, it's still listed at 35° on the spec page.  What did change on the 2016 CVO was the trail, 7.7" versus the 5.7" on other Breakouts.  Of course, I always caution people to never assume the specs Harley puts on their website are accurate, since I and others have found many errors over the years.

I believe the 2013 was 37 deg. all the rest are 35
