It would be an interesting deal if he hit a large pot hole/bump and it jarred that Dyna in gear.....

I know what it's all about.  In the Corps we learn to improvise.....never forgot it!  Poor guy just didn't have access to a trailer.  I mean at least he didn't have it up on top.   :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2:

Yea, when we made weekends to/from Camp Lejune, NC to MD, DC we fabricated a front tire mount in the motor pool that would attach to a trailer hitch so you could haul our bikes back and forth. Worked well. But I always removed my chainfor obvious reasons.  ;D

This brings up a question I have often wondered. Isn't coasting long distances down hill the same thing? In other words, if I was at the top of a hill, and put the bike to in neutral and coasted down, same thing right?
