New Toy Hauler

I decided I am going to be trailering more so I picked up a "truck".  Let the kids use it for their Grand Canyon trip and they sent this back.

2016 Escalade Platinum.

They make great tow vehicles, even better if you have the long one. We used a short one for a couple of 4200 mile trips to Sturgis and it was great. No substitue for horsepower and they, along with the Denali have plenty (420 in the new ones). The trans is manually able to be put in tow mode and will downshift with a touch of the brakes on hills and has a trans temp gauge. Congratulations. I also like the 14 - 15 mpg towing my enclosed trailer with bike at freeway speeds.
