Are you running the Fullsac muffler sleeves?

Yes...I think it deepens the sound a touch. Just my 2 cents.

Yes.. I also think it does deepen the sound, more than i was expecting.

The sleeves also makes baffle installation easier. Especially if you want to swap out different size baffles.

Helps keep the heat inside the muffler body where it can exit thru the exhaust outlet instead of heating the muffler body and turning it blue and also helps alleviate the tin can sound of a empty muffler cannistor.

It also keeps the packing/matting in place, and keeps it from all blowing to the end of the pipe.

Yes I have them. I thought the major advantage for them was to hold the insulation away from the baffle perforations to allow better exhaust flow while at the same time still dampening the sound some.

Yes, easier to install packing back in with them

When I used fullsac cores I didn't use any packing ...so I didn't use the sleeves

yes i did also, have done 3 sets in my last three bikes this is the first time and love it . i have even  done three of my Friends bikes with fullsac
