I don't understand what the deal is but I have had terrible luck getting Thiels to deal with me in Ohio. I have a 2009 CVO Springer and a budget of $5K and have stopped in twice and can not get a return call on a suggested set of performance upgrades. Is there anyone else in Ohio that is interested in earning some money without me begging them to take it?

I would suggest Roeder's Racing in Monroeville. Take a look at their website which is www.roederracing.com. Great family heritage of building performance into Harleys.
