New lift arrived
« on: April 16, 2016, 03:35:45 PM »

Opened my new bike lift package today. Will be making good use of it tomorrow and Mr. Davidson has found a new bed inside the delivery box. I got some big time cleaning to do. I put on 400 mi in the north country and had road in sun, rain and hail in the two days I was there.

I have a lift similar to yours, it's called pro lift, all gray, has been flawless sense the day I bought it back in 03, very stable, makes it very easy to move the bike around.
And of course make cleaning the whole bike more enjoyable.

Please post your thoughts after using it a few time.  I have a full bike lift but sometime I would like to use something similar to what you purchased for simplicity.  Thanks.

Put together the new bike lift today then got my very dirty girl jack up on it then took the side bags off set up the pressure washer had a bucket of soapy water a sponge and began the long all day cleaning.
I took pics of the days efforts but when I went to post them I only then found that the camera photo size setting was too big to post. So no pic. You guys would not have believed how dirty the old girl was. I felt ashamed riding her home from the lock up for it's bath.

For being the first time using it, it worked well. It jack up good and had good control on lowering down. This one is a ConStands midlift L 680Kg 1500lb max lift.
