I have a 2011 cvo Roadglide, with the following upgrades, Thundermax, Rinehart truduals, HPI 58mm throttle body and TW-777 cams
, dynoed at 104hp, 107tq, the torgue curve was between 3000-5000 rpm, stayed up.
I wanted more.... pulled top end, and bought Wiseco 10.5-1 pistons, stock size, had jugs honed, I did some minor porting in the heads, lapped the valves in and reassembled. Went back to the dyno........ 94hp and 110 tq, and the torque curve drops off, peeks at 3300 and starts falling around 4000, WTF.... my dyno man says no way do I have 10.5-1 compression, pulled plugs and compression was at 155 and 165 on the compression, he's right, says it should be 190-200. I thinking pull it down, send jugs/pistons and heads out and have heads cnc'ed and have them set it up for reassembly..... may have to have oversized pistons and bored..... Can I do a leak down test and possibly determine the leaking area.........any help appreciated, I see some great numbers put up by guys without this much work in their bikes..... i'm looking for 120/120 on pump gas,
