 Is there any info/update on the auto reply for the iPhones? Has anybody been able to figure out how to make it work. My messages come in fine and are read to me in my headset But the auto reply still is not working

I did call Harley Davidson this morning and they are aware of the issue and feel it's an Apple problem. But Harley and Apple are working on rectifying the issue.

Same reply I got in Oct 2014, Jan 2015, June 2015, Nov 2015.

Yet most the apple bugs with my Chevy have been worked out, 3 months after the only phone call.
