JMHO,

Why, when we already have a great forum sponsor who makes a proven headers and replacement baffles for a lot less Benjamins too. (UNLESS, CA and a outside US market)

The MoCo Probably saw that Fullsac was a big seller and made theirs version, slap a HD logo or SE logo and get 2-4X the amount for it.

Not to mention, most don't want cats in headers or pipes. Unless stated above.

Cheers!

About a 10% premium over a complete aftermarket system. Does sound like a good idea, move the catalyst to the muffler, make it more free flowing and still be epa compliant.

Anything that removes the cat is a good idea. Doesn't have to be any particular brand to do that...including the Koolaid served around here...

it doesn't remove the cat, it relocates it from the collector to the mufflers.

There's two sides to that coin...  Not sayin' I personally disagree with you.  Just sayin'.

For whatever reason(s), there's market for something like this and I'd bet they sell more than just a few.  It looks like a nice kit for the niche it fills.

A Fulsac head pipe and a couple of his compatable muffler inserts cost about half or less and will do a better (imho) job. Nothing wrong with running cats but just moving them from the head pipe to the mufflers and spending over a $1000 dollars even with a 20% discount is beyond me.

Probably would do a better job than these performance-wise.  All I'm thinking is that for the person who for whatever reason wants/needs both performance and compliance, these can't suck so much as the stock setup.

Any tried & trued experience with this system ?
http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/screamin-eagle-high-flow-exhaust-system-street-cannons-chrome
Not exactly that package .........but close. I've installed the http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/screamin-eagle-high-flow-exhaust-system-with-nightstick-mufflers and really like the balance of performance vs sound. The performance of the Street Cannons vs Nightsticks appear similar, but I don't know how the sound differs. I purchased the Nightstick setup because I want good performance along with a good "Harley sound" I could enjoy while on extended road trips. The ability to easily fine-tune the sound by varying the number of (SuperTrapp) discs in the NightSticks was the selling point for me. I'm thinking the muffler mounted high-flow cats not only keep the heat away from the rider but are the key to keeping the sound from over-whelming yet allowing for high-performance.

While I agree that the Fullsac Power Cores + X-pipe solution is a far better bang for the buck, the "hammering" sound from the 110 motor has proven to be more than I care to handle on longer road trips. Similar problem (for me) using the X-pipe and Monster Ovals or Kuryakyn Mellow Crushers.
