New owner from So Cal intro.

New owner here with a 2016 CVO Limited . Swore I'd never do it (buy a CVO after the debacle with the old ones. Some of my friends went through several motors before giving up). But that was then... and then I saw it...the new silver and blue CVO limited and it was love at first site. So out with the red 2014 Limited and in with the new CVO . So far I love it.
Been riding about 46 years and at least one Harley in the garage since the mid 80's. Ordered a set of 944 Progressives as air shocks never have done the job for me. Trying to figure out how to get the rear brake pedal down and forward as I did with my 2014 however apparently can't be done without changing the brake pad. Have used Soft Brake before however not sure it works on this particular model . Also want to move floor boards out a bit to accommodate a more comfortable ride for me. Anyone have some experience with this I'd appreciate your advice.
Was also considering changing out the bars to a set of "Chubby's" 10" mini apes. Anyone using these and have opinions?

Welcome to the board from San Diego.

I have the EZ Brake, brake pedal on my 13 CVO Ultra Classic.  Works fine.   :nixweiss:
