Antenna jack missing pin?
« on: June 02, 2016, 09:43:24 AM »

I noticed that I get absolutely no radio signal on my 2016 CVO Street Glide.  I unplugged the hidden antenna and took note of both the male and female connectors.  Can anyone tell me if their male end on the back of the CVO radio has a little copper pin sticking out?  Here is a picture of mine that doesn't have a pin/core at all.  Probably why I don't get any signal.

Do you have a picture of the cable end that plugs into the radio?
I was wondering if what we see is the end of the plug in from the cable.

I didn't take a picture of the cable end before I put everything back together but it doesn't have a protruding pin either.  Anyone have sometime to take a look at theirs?  I wonder if this qualifies for a warranty fix.

Why wouldn't it qualify for warranty?  If you get no signal, something is wrong and Harley needs to fix it, assuming all the parts are stock and not aftermarket.
