TTS o2 Voltage grid for 2010 and up
« on: June 22, 2016, 03:44:27 PM »

I have updated all of the TTS software to the best of my knowledge
In the TTS docs it refers to a max o2 voltage in this table
0.800 Lambda is 909 mV  being the max in this particular table

I read somewhere that the tables change in the newer software for 2010 and up
I believe the target range was close to 1700 to 1750 mV in that discussion, I dont recall the targeted Ve.
This is well above the 909 that is generated in the software.
So am I doing something wrong in generating the o2 tables?

My vtunes are working and im getting data from pulls
but my o2 voltage runs around the 1600 to 1650 range  with the Ve set at .979 kPa in the Lambda tables

Called TTS
very nice customer support
Seems that 2010 was one of the years that HD changed the switching voltage on the o2 in the ECM
So my bike will read 750mV higher then the TTS instruction outline

So my range is validated to be good
