I have this one http://www.sena.com/product/smh10/.
Really like it.  I listen to music from my phone.  The sound quality is not great, but pretty good for the small speakers.
I also use it to make & receive phone calls.  Works great!  I have never had anyone that could tell that I was on the bike, during a phone call.
You have to figure out how to set up the speakers... it comes with foam pads that are used to adjust the distance the speakers are from your ears.  Once you get it set up, it works great.

As I understand it, the Sena 10R is an "upgrade" with Bluetooth 4.1 and the "better" speakers from the SM20.

I think that's where I'm going when I pull the trigger for the other bike.

I have been using the Sm20 and is far better than the 10.

Thers is a bit of a learning curve but that just has to do with how best to configure to your liking.

sound quality good
voice command ok
battery life excellent
paring options excellent

what I do is just pair to I phone and then just listen to the bike's stero and GPS commands through the boom speaker.(I use an iPod for music)

I am able to her intercommunion and phone call ok and the music from stero just fine.

or I have noticed that if I plug my iPhone into the juke box usb and have an intercom conversation ....Then if you ply music from IPhone it comes through the head set then the song playing shows on boom display and hand controls can operate the media player on phone.

Hope this helps

I have Sena for half helmets, works good. Buying the helmet clamps for other full helmets so you can switch the module. Lots of options from Sena now. That Revzilla site posted earlier is good as they have videos showing different systems.
