That's assuming one can still be purchased from Harley of course.  The best approach is going to be a place like Xtreme Dimension   http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=22985   repairing the damage and repainting it.  The close-up of the fender indicates the paint is broken and it looks like there is a crease as well.  Dent Doctors isn't going to fix that so it looks like new.
