Hello, I'm Joe a.k.a. Norseman. I live in southwest Virginia.  Just traded my 2012 shark for a '16 CVO Street Glide Custom.
I recently returned from a 10,770 mile ride from my house to the Arctic circle and back on my BMW R1200GSA. Found out I'm not a BMW guy - was jonesing to ride my other bike (Road Glide) every time I passed a Harley. Decided to ditch both my other bikes and splurge on a cvo. Didn't like the rear end on the full baggers, so I went with the SGS version. I'll add a chopped tour pack, mini apes, louder pipes and ride the hides off it.

Exactly where in SW Va are ya at???

We have a WV event coming up in a couple weeks, right now about 35 to 40 CVO members are coming. It would be a heck of chance to meet some new friends!!!,

I'm in Radford - 40 minutes SW of Roanoke off I81.
The WV event sounds interesting. Riding there is always fun. I'll check it out. Thanks for the tip.

Greetings and welcome to the site.

As you may already know there is a vast array of experience within our membership that stand ready to assist you in your riding pleasure, not to mention spend some of your hard earned coin.  Take it all in and enjoy!

I see ya made it over Joe. Lots of good times at the GTGs along with some great riding. I'm missing this year's WV GTG in a few weeks because of my neck but we will be in MV in Sept. Even if we have to leave the bike at home. Ugh
