Has anyone tried to install this on their 2011 FLTRUSE and if so did it work what extra mods did you have to do if any to make it work?

Are you just trying to convert the regular turn signals into run/brake/turn units, or are you trying to convert the lights on the Tour-Pak?  That kit you listed might work for the conventional turn signals, except for the fact that the lenses in that kit won't fit your bullet style turn signals, but it won't convert the lights on the T-P if that's what you're trying to do.  In other words, you need to fully explain exactly what you want to accomplish.  There is an old thread or two around here concerning how to convert the T-P lights btw.
