Okay, here's the update.
First off, too much typing and this will be a Part 1 and Part 2, sorry about the length...

The day of Thanksgiving '14 my first episode after a big day of eating. Second episode Saturday two day later after another big day of eating.
I thought originally that I had overdosed on carbs from tators, gravy, dressing, bread etc. I am hypoglycemic and am pre-diabetic. Even as a kid if I ate say a bowl of Ramen noodles and then a few hours later I would start to get the shakes. Eating something would help at that point.
Move on to current day.
I had gained weight, up to just over 290# and was there for more years than I care to remember. My fighting weight is around 230#. I also drank Diet Coke like it was going to be discontinued in a day or two.
I hadn't had a physical in many years (actually ever). So that's when I found out my A1C was 7.5, in the diabetic range. My mom had diabetes all of her life that I remember. So my doc did me a favor and she didn't diagnose me with diabetes, just told me where I was and that if I didn't change my ways, that's what I would have.
Well as any adult male would be expected to do, I blew that off for about a year until it finally sank into my thick noggin. I stopped drinking Diet Coke and started to drink water with Crystal Light, about 64oz a day. My wife is overweight and we both needed to be shocked into doing something. So we changed to salads, "a" meat product and fresh veggies for our main evening meal. I eat a can of Progresso soup for lunch at work and a fruit cup around 10:00 and 3:00. Neither of us exercised any though, another step I need to take SOON...
So over the course of a year I dropped down to around 238# and she dropped about 40#. We both feel better. My goal was to get into a 36" pant and I achieved that.
My A1C when down to 6.3, which is still higher than a non-diabetic, but listed as pre-diabetic. So I can legally say I'm not diabetic for insurance purposes, thanks doc...
So when Thanksgiving rolled around, hey it was Thanksgiving, so we both ate what we wanted that weekend. So I "thought" it may be related to the life style change and then eating LOTS of carbs.
She did some basic tests and said let's monitor it for a while. It was going into winter and I really never thought about it again, especially how it might impact my riding.
So fast forward to Memorial Day this year. Nothing special in the line of food that set this episode off that I could think of.
Then on July 11th at 1:30 am I woke up with an episode. My wife was in Chicago, had Adele tickets. So that day I was really sick. If I sat up for 15 seconds or so, I'd feel like I had to throw up. Then on Tuesday I felt better, but I could induce dizziness by rolling my head back and forth.
I also noticed that between Memorial Day and July 11th that if I rolled over in bed too fast, I could get dizzy.
My ex-wife said that she had this and that her "ear crystals" were out of alignment. I told her that I thought she was daft... Never heard of ear crystals. But surprisingly, the more I researched them, the more they became common to many people. She said that a physical therapist did a couple weeks of adjustment and she's been fine ever since.
