Bleeding Brakes/Clutch

I want to change the fluid in my clutch and brakes.  I have done this the old fashioned way, but would like to go more modern with the mighty vac and speed bleeders.  Can anyone provide me with a tool and parts list to get the job done.  I just have no idea what to buy.
