Trying to pull engine code from CVO Limited
« on: September 04, 2016, 10:24:01 PM »

So I'm trying to pull a engine code from my 2014 CVO Limited. I did a search but can only find instructions on pulling them from a non CVO bike where the instructions deal with bikes with a ignition switch AND a kill switch. Appreciate any help

Locate the trip odometer reset switch in the left handlebar switch set.  Hold the reset switch down while turning on the ignition with the run/stop switch (turn it to run).  The only difference from the earlier models is the location of the odometer reset switch, and the fact the Run/Stop switch has replaced the old ignition switch knob.

Instructions are also in your owners' manual.  If for some reason you did not get the manual when you purchase your bike, I recommend trying to get one. They are also online at the Harley website.

Looked all through the the manual and can't find it. I figured they didn't put it in so you have to go to dealer service.  If you get a chance, let me know the subject it's under in the manual.  Tks much.
