I am having trouble updating my GPS maps to the latest version.  Everything looks good when I download update using Naviextras Toolbox, but when I try to upload to my CVO Limited I get:
AUTHENITCATING..

ERROR
NAVSYNC_ERROR NOT VALID.

Anyone having this problem?

Did you use the latest tool box software?
when you plugged the USB into the computer did it up date the NAV sync before
you downloaded the maps?
Did you have any errors listed when you finished downloading the maps?

New nav sync updated when I and no errors on map update.  I talked to Milwaukee and was told to wait until Nav system is fully up on bike before plugging USB in.  Have not tried that yet.

Just tried waiting for Nav system to come up on bike before plugging in USB.  Same error as before.  Looks like I am doomed to having a 2013 year old map on my 2014 CVO limited forever.

what maps and firmware do you have on system now

Tried using a different USB Flash drive ( the one that came with my 2014) and this time everything worked!  Now I have a new, old 2015 update.  Thanks to all for your advice.
