I believe that a company by the name of Milsco manufactures the seats for HD.  They are located in Milwaukee so you probably can do a Google search for their phone number and talk to someone in their customer service department and they might be of help.  They don't usually deal with customers other than manufactures though but I was able to purchase parts for a HD Zeppelin seat a couple of years ago from them.

2nd Choice would be a good upholstery shop that specializes in automotive seat and interiors.  I imagine they could make a new cover or possible make a repair to yours.   Good Luck ---  :)

Personally I would get it recovered and have them use better material. Original moco seats cut very easy. I've seen people cut them by dragging a boot across the seat when getting off or on the bike. I.e. My dad on his 2011 triglide

Yes I have tried that without a success, but I do think that's the way to go. I will try again to see if IO can get someone to do it.
What I thought I could get was a cover ready made and fit it myself, maybe I am being to frugal.

House of seat covers on eBay for hammock seats. might try there if you haven't already. Sent my girlfriend's seat to mean City Cycles with some material and he recovered it for us. looks really nice. About two hundred bucks. that doesn't include the material.
