Take it back to the dealer (let them tell you "they all do that" :-\ :() to have it documented in case something explodes/implodes later.

13K and pocket change on mine and on a 1,500 mile trip this last weekend the primary/compensator/whatever noise and shaking started back up after they replaced the transmission 2,000 miles ago. I'll start a new thread or rehash my old one from June. I missed the CVO Western GTG to Fortuna then... well I made it to Fortuna this time, but the noise and shaking are back. Going in the shop tomorrow.

You guys are giving me so much to look forward to.  My 2yr warranty expires next July, and with a Bushtec trailer hitch on the bike, I'm seriously wondering if I should spend the money on an ESP.  I can see the dealer's reactions even now after they see the hitch.  I'm find myself thinking more and more about an Indian Roadmaster, and then I shake my head and snap out of it.  But still....

A Roadmaster Harry?  :puke:  :P

I'm not going to lie, it's frustrating. The only good thing is that I caught it early enough and it wasn't bad enough (yet) to have to limp it home early so it didn't really spoil the ride.  :2vrolijk_21:

RGlideKid, I wouldn't even consider buying a Harley without buying an ESP. My new engine that was just installed is under factory warranty but our ESP has saved us on every Harley we have had, since my wife and I both have CVO Harleys. Again, we don't ride hard but we do ride a lot. I do wish Harley would take care of some of their recurring problems.

Same boat here with 2015 and trailer hitch except mine expired last month. I called just to see if I could add the ESP if I wanted to about a week or so after it expired. I couldn't but they did tell me I could get a 2 year "used bike" ESP) for around $1400 I think was the amount.

Not sure if I will do it. Probably not. If my 2015 Ruse 110 goes I'll probably go with something else for a motor at that time. If they come out with a RG Ultra CVO mid year or next year I'm almost certain I'll trade for that if the color is right.

Rob, You might want to give Jim Palmer @ Boardtrack HD in WI a call. They sell Cornerstone ESP almost exclusively. Cornerstone writes for Suzuki,Artic cat and some other well known brands

Bought a 2 year ESP with wheel and tire on my '11 for about $1200 ,ZERO deductible.. Paid like clockwork when I used it twice. Well worth the money! I will buy another Cornerstone from Jim when the time comes before I would buy an HD ESP.

Thanks for the info! Odd thing is the dealer who quoted me (where I bought the bike, out of state) said I would need to go to my local dealer as they would need to inspect the bike first and then buy the warranty locally as well.  I'm assuming you're in Texas and didn't have to drive to Wisconsin.  :confused5:  :drink:
