I have about 5,000 miles on mine and no issues. Still working as good as new.

I had one of the very first versions that Baker released. I took the bike to Alaska and logged 11,451 miles. On the last 3 or 4 hundred miles it went bad. They sent me a new version. They have done many updates to the newer version. I have not installed it as of yet. I put the stocker back in while I waited for them to warranty the unit. BTW there is a big difference when you install the Baker!!!!

I can't. It was the difference in the product number. I had a "C" unit at first I now have a "K" So they have made a few changes. I am sure it has to do with the oiling of the unit. It is at my Buddies shop and I have not actually laid my eyes on it. Going by what he relayed to me. I will see it in a week of two and will get some detailed pics for everyone.

Did you use the stock tensioner or go with Bakers tensioner also? No IPB issues?

I purchased a Baker tensioner but installed a Southern Oregon Hot Bikes true hydraulic tensioner. I hear nothing so I guess it is working.
