My FLHXSE3 HK stereo has develop wearied problem, sounds start to cut off for few minutes and coming back for few minutes until it despaired, now there is sound but it’s always high even if you lower the volume from the control, if you raise the sound nothing will change same high sound once the volume reach to the half it cut off sound!

So below half volume control sounds is always high above the half volume control sound despaired, not sure if is it unit problem or wiring problem?
