Focal ES 165 KX2's in fairing and EC 165K's in lowers
« on: November 23, 2016, 01:41:13 AM »

Finally got this done. Was difficult install for guys at Street Noyz since they had to actually mold the tweeters into fairing because the Focals were to big to fit into stock tweeter space. The 6 3/4 Focals in the lowers took work because of coolant reservoir so again they had to customize spacer which they then covered in vinyl too make work. Went with 6X9 Arc moto's in lids which they also struggled with because of power locks. They mitered out 6X9 adaptors for the power lock cable to run through.
Guys at Street Noyz make the best, cleanest MC installs I have ever seen. They definitely had to work for this one..
Crappy pics from my phone..

Sounds absolutely insane BTW. My wife says I am very immature about my sound on my bikes. Not sure what she's talking about.. 8)

For a MC the bass is great. Overall the sound is incredibly "crisp" and clean all the way to max volume (which is crazy loud). Not familiar with Morels.

No, changed amps to Arc 600 in front (powers fairing and lowers) and Fosgate in rear since it fit in the factory "pouch" in left bag. I also got the Top Shelf saddlebag organizer http://www.hardbagger.com/store/p13/top-shelf-saddlebag-organizer-ts114hd left bag since I was used to the glove boxes in the RG and I couldn't fit all "my junk" in the Rushmore fairing pouch and the Fosgate fits under it.

I am curios, I did a Focal setup w Arc Audio Amp as well.   how did they install wiring for rear speakers and all? Do you have any pics of the entire instal showing saddle bag plugs, speakers, and better pics of front setup as well.
