If you spend money than do ir right, what i mean is buy a SnS 124'' and be done , later sell your 110'' ....
124'' = 6k plus instalation and dyno sell your 110'' = 3k you should smile whole day

Sounds good to me.  Now just need about 10k to do it. Guessing the motor would be air cooled and not liquid cooled.  Mine is liquid cooled since it's a 2015 CVO RG.

I'm in about the same debate, 113, 117, 120, 124 on and on

I almost did a 117", but wanted a blueprinted build rather than what came with the kit. Yes, I could have sold the parts I wanted to replace from the kit, but didn't wanna hassle with it. Ended up doing a 113" and getting results that would have exceeded my expectations even if I would have went with higher displacement.

I agree with whoever said just go 124". Trust me, the quest for power will not stop even at 113" or 117". :)

A S&S 124 is around $6000. & exhaust, larger throttle body, larger injectors, ail cleaner. All above cost of motor. Next insulation, tuner & dyno time.  You are not done by just buying the motor. It all adds up. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

The 117 kit with a diff cam and some head work is capable of 135 Squared or better

Im doing SS570 Cams and have the Heads done by JW  (Torqpimp)
Im hoping for at least 135 HP. But expect to be close to 140

I have close to 3.5 K including an upgraded Head pipe and a New TTS. No Labor on the build
Good bang for the buck I think

Could be
We are confident with the head work and the extra Cubes it will make it.
and I may have miss spoke on the 140. I meant for the torque
So 135 HP and around 140 Tq  is what we would like to see

Not my sheet
But here is a nice result on a 110 upgraded to 117 with similar upgrades.
he already had the 58mm TB and the 570 installed, Just added the head work and the 117 kit
The graph shows before and after the 117

If I get around this Ill be happy

That's my bike & you better be using Suburban pistons, & more cam to achieve those kind of numbers!

With a 250° cam and 11:1+ you can bust over 140 square but won't happen with the 570 or the 585 for that matter.
